A backlink  is a link that creates a way to go from another website to your website.  When a link to a web page is linked with a link to another web page, we call it backlink.  With an example in simple language, I will tell you more about the backlink.  Like suppose there is a good website where many visitors come to read the article in his page, if the link to your site would have been given in that web page, then the visitors coming to that page clicked on the link of your site to your web page.  We also come so that visitors to your site will start increasing every day and your website will start coming on a good rank in the search engine.  This is what we call backlink.

1 )link juice (2)low quality links (3) High quality links (4) Internal links

#1Link juice: 

When the link of a web page is linked to the link of any article of your website or your homepage, then the link flows from there to your website and we call it as link juice.  This link juice helps to rank your article and also improves your domain authority.

 #2 Low quality links:

 Low quality links are those links which are coming to your website from any wrong sites, spam sites or porn sites.  Such links can only harm your website, so whenever you are using the backlink in your blog, then keep in mind that the link of your blog should be linked to the high quality link.

 #3 high quality links: 

High quality comes from backlinks quality website.  Quality websites are those which are popular and whose value is more in google.  If you get backlink from quality website in your website too, then your website will get high ranking in search engine.

 These are the links that go from one page of your website to another, this is what we call internal links.  Suppose like an article of your website is on a very good rank in the page of google and if you want to put your other article in the same rank on google, then you can link the two articles with each other.

 I have already told you about link juice, do-follow backlink helps in passing link juice, which allows to go from one website to another, makes a link, it is called do-follow link.  .  By default all the links that you give on other website or blog post are all do-follow backlink.

 DoFollow :

links help a lot in increasing the ranking of your site in the search engine and it can prove to be very beneficial for your blog.  There is no attribute in a DoFollow link.

 2 # No following backlinks:

 Nofollow backlink : 

doesnot pass link juice from one website to another.  NoFollow links search engine also has no value.  NoFollow link does not help in ranking your site.

 Apart from this, NoFollow backlink proves to be somewhat beneficial for your blog, it gives a natural look to your profile link.  If all your link will be DoFollow then google will feel that your profile link is not natural and can also penalize you for that.

 Another benefit of this link is that if your site has a link to some other site where you do not like or you feel wrong, then you can add the NoFollow attribute to that link.  With this, the link of your website will not be able to go to that website.  For example:
